I still remember sitting in the hospital waiting room, hoping for answers to my mother’s disease, pulmonary hypertension. Pulmonary hypertension is a rare-life threatening disease with no cure that my mom developed from taking a diet pill. Who knew taking a diet pill could cause such fear, fear of losing my mother on a daily basis for the rest of our lives.
My mothers’ life was forever changed, she’ll never experience Colorado due to the elevation, go hiking, workout, enjoy family walks, go to the grocery store without a wheelchair or walk around her own home without wearing oxygen.
This is why I’ve created a program that helps individuals transform their body and improve performance without disrupting their mental sanity or taking extreme measures that are unethical, and not scientifically sound. My goal is to decrease mental illness around the world and prevent other individuals and families from experiencing what mine has.
Programs promise “Rapid Results” but forget to mention how they leave you in the dark when transitioning out of the program.
I understand what it’s like to want to lose weight and perform better. I also understand the transitions that come throughout the journey. Mindfulness, self care, and support is crucial during all of these transitions. Whether you are an orange theory go-er, soul cycling machine, peloton rider, yogi bear, pilates master, avid crossfitter, or making laps around the block…we all have similar goals and struggles along the way.
